Your new pool begins with a phone call or clicking submit on our enquiry form. Once we've received your enquiry we'll arrange for your local swimming pool expert to make a site visit.

During the visit we'll find out what you need and then make some recommendations and arrange a quote.
Once you've accepted the quote, you'll receive a pool building timeline which gives you each step of the installation process and timeframes. This helps you know exactly what is going to happen next. We'll also let you know whether you need to arrange any other work beforehand, such as excavation or landscaping.
Please bear in mind that it can take up to a year to get your pool in place from your initial conversations. Winter is a great time to get your pool installed, so it is all finished and ready for use the following summer.
